Mr. Gary De Laurentiis - CEO and Chairman

Mr. De Laurentiis has a number of successful company launches, including over 35 years of industry experience in development of incubator technologies from concept to reality.  Mr. De Laurentiis was Eco2 Plastics’ founder in 1999, won Popular Science “2009 Top 100 Innovations” award and the coveted “Best of What’s New” award in the Green Tech Category.  He raised capital in excess of $26M over 9 years for R&D, left to start Green EnviroTech in 2008.  Most recently, Mr. De Laurentiis has assembled a team of industry, environmental, engineering and financial experts to develop the Green EnviroTech projects at Sheboygan and Riverbank, and then expand the technology on a national and international scale.

Mr. Wayne Leggett - CFO/Director

Accredited accountant with 35 years of accounting, management and marketing experience, with experience in Finance, Tax Accounting, Business Financial Statements and budget and cash flow analysis. Former Assistant Treasure for a public held company, former Partner in a public accounting firm, Former Comptroller/Manager for multi-million dollar international corporation, and former CFO – Corporate Host Dev, Inc Austin Texas.

Mr. Lou Perches - COO

Lou Perches; has 35 years of experience in the plastic industry serving in a number of senior management positions. He has been involved with both Injection and Blow molding manufacturing. Lou has been General Manager of an injection molding company responsible for both the daily and operational activities of the company, reporting directly to the CEO. He has also been Corporate Director of Quality Assurance for a global beverage closure manufacturer overseeing quality systems for 14 facilities worldwide. Lou has been an active member of SPI, SPE, and ASQ. He holds an ISO 9000 Lead Auditors International certification. He taught as a lecturing professor at San Francisco State University teaching courses in Industrial Management, Quality Assurance, and Industrial Safety. He has served as a Management Consultant for numerous companies in both the plastic industry and the beverage industry.
Lou attended Rio Hondo College in Whittier, California majoring in Industrial Quality Assurance, and received his BA in Industrial Technology from Fullerton State University.

Mr. Andrew Kegler - CTO

A proven management professional with a track record of driving complex projects in ahead of schedule and under budget. Founder of Ergonomy LLC, an engineering company focused on development of intellectual property and chemical processes. Accomplished in negotiations and strategic partnerships. Highlights: Pressure Vessels, Automation, Chemical Process, Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Flow Characterizations, Heat Balance, P&ID, Carbon Dioxide, Fossil Fuels, FEA, Laboratory, R&D, Production, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, BOM.

Dr. Lalit Chordia, Ph.D. - Advisory board member

President of Thar Technologies, Inc. (since 1990) providing “concept-to- commercialization” for supercritical fluid technology, high pressure components and process development services. Dr. Chordia grew Thar from one employee to 60, with five technology centers and International recognition. Prior to Thar, Dr. Chordia co-founded Suprex Corporation In 1982. 

Mr. George H. Larson - Director of Enviromental Affairs

30+ yrs of solid waste management experience, serving 15 years with the California Integrated Waste Management Board and 15 years as President of George H. Larson and Assoc. Mr. Larson served as CEO of the California Integrated Waste Management Board. With expertise in environmental regulations, environmental quality and facility permitting, Responsible for environmental compliance and permitting activities.

Dr. Ferdinand Cataneo - Technial Director

Dr. Cataneo has diverse expertise in industrial R&D at Exxon Research, and in areas of hazardous waste management for the US EPA. He is experienced in the synthesis of new chemicals and their laboratory scale production, the development of microbial fermentation processes, the development of oil refining and related processes, technical and economic analysis of new technologies, the management of complex Superfund site projects (served as a litigation expert witness). Directed effort to make a better class of rocket propellants for national defense.

Ms. Andrea Cataneo, Esq. 

Ms. Cataneo has represented Green EnviroTech as general counsel since its inception.  Ms. Cataneo practice focuses on corporate and securities matters and general representation of public and private companies and investment banks engaged in transactional and financing activities including PIPEs.
